Solidarity with people from Ukraine

MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® stands in solidarity with all people in Ukraine who are suffering from this war.

Wars do not create winners, only losers. They cost lives and leave behind sorrow, suffering, grief and scorched earth. Our thoughts, solidarity and support are primarily for the Ukrainian people.

English and/or German is a prerequisite for nearly all positions. MCI also offers courses in German through its Language Centre.
  • In order to find work in Austria, it is necessary to register with the Austrian Public Employment Service, the “Arbeitsmarktservice” (AMS). The AMS supports you in finding a job, advises and guides you regarding the Austrian labour market and records data like education, professional experiences, personal facts, etc. The AMS also informs you about job opportunities, help with German lessons and other qualifications that might be needed.
  • For registration at the AMS, it is necessary to bring your blue residence card („Ausweis für Vertriebene“). Before you can start working, your work permit must be issued by the AMS. If you already have the prospect of a job, whether found by yourself or arranged by the Public Employment Service, your new employer has to submit the work permit application to the AMS.
