Once again, the Entrepreneurial School® opened its doors and invited its students and alumni to the top-class Recruiting Forum 2022. Almost 1,000 curious visitors met 90 top companies from all over the world at the Congress Innsbruck and used the unique opportunity for introductions, discussions and networking.
A thrilling mix of international "big brands" and highly specialized market niche companies gave visitors the opportunity to meet renowned businesses from a wide range of industries, to gather useful tips for starting a career and to make valuable contacts during their studies. Meanwhile, exhibiting organizations used the platform to present themselves as attractive employers and find future talents. Major companies such as Amazon, BMW Group, IBM and Siemens, among others, grasped this unique opportunity. This year's Recruiting Forum was particularly special, as it combined a virtual tool with the on-site fair. "This smart concept gave students and companies the exclusive opportunity to get in touch before the event, make appointments and finally get to know each other in person at the Innsbruck Congress on the day of the event," explains Brigitte Huter, Head of the Career Center at the Entrepreneurial School®. In addition, participants can still access the platform, contact companies and upload application documents up to a week after the event.
In addition to the large number of exhibitors and attractive offers for internships, theses and jobs, visitors of the Recruiting Forum also benefited from first-class application services. Alongside a professional photo shoot for application photos, students were able to get feedback on a personality test and their application documents from HR professionals, optimize their LinkedIn profile and try their hand at mock interviews.
