Full House at MCI Recruiting Forum 2023

100(!) companies from various industries meet 1,000 MCI students and alumni at exclusive career fair

Every year, the Entrepreneurial School® invites its students and young alumni to its in-house career fair, the MCI Recruiting Forum, at Congress Innsbruck. In 2023, almost 1,000 interested visitors met 100 top national and international companies to establish valuable contacts and gather useful tips on starting a career. For the exhibiting organizations - from well-known brands and hidden champions to large corporations and family businesses to traditional companies and start-ups - the event offered the ideal opportunity to present themselves as an attractive employer and find young talents.

Participants in the Recruiting Forum were able to register on the digital trade fair platform in advance and gain access to almost 700 offers for internships, jobs and theses. The online tool also made it possible to arrange appointments with the exhibiting companies. At the same time, companies had the opportunity to invite promising candidates to their exhibition booth.

In addition to the excellent networking opportunities, participants benefited from first-class application services such as application photo shoots and mock interviews. HR professionals provided valuable feedback on application documents, experts from LinkedIn took a closer look at LinkedIn profiles and Red Bull's "Wingfinder" personality test explored personal strengths.
