Double Gold for MCI at World Chinese Language Conference 2023

MCI honored as “Gold Medal Institution” | MCI lecturer Yiqiao Wang awarded “Gold Medal Teacher”

MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and MCI lecturer Yiqiao Wang received two gold medals in the field of Digital Chinese Language Education at the World Chinese Language Conference 2023 in Beijing.

With its Chinese language learning program “MCI Online Chinese Classroom”, MCI emerged as the Gold Medal Institution, while Yiqiao Wang secured the title of Gold Medal Teacher. The jury at the conference commended the program for its innovative approach, seamlessly blending online teaching with offline activities through a unique learning concept.

The World Chinese Language Conference 2023 was organized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and co-hosted by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation. About 3,700 guests from more than 160 countries took part in the event in Beijing.

About MCI Online Chinese Classroom

The MCI Online Chinese Classroom is a language learning program which was launched in February 2023 by MCI’s Language Center together with the MCI China Center. The attractive program received significant attention, reaching full capacity within just one week. Its interactive online lectures, complemented by an extensive digital library featuring practical exercises, offer students the flexibility to learn Chinese at all proficiency levels, while immersing themselves in Chinese culture from any location and at any time.
