Date 2024-05-15

MCI among the top 1% of Austria's best employers in 2024 | Recognition of outstanding employer qualities

MCI | Entrepreneurial School® is one of the top 1% of the best employers in Austria with more than 400 full-time employees and 1,000 lecturers. This was confirmed by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation in the world's most comprehensive meta-study "LEADING EMPLOYERS", which examined and translated a broad spectrum of employer qualities into a holistic assessment.

In a multi-stage evaluation process involving 1.7 million pieces of data from 250 international sources, feedback, and areas, the top 1 percent of 100,000 companies in German-speaking countries were identified. The examined areas included innovation, talent communication, satisfaction, and diversity.

Brigitte Auer, Head of Quality Management, Personnel Development & Recruiting at MCI, accepted the award on behalf of the MCI and says, “The 'Leading Employer' label confirms the quality and appeal of MCI as an employer and encourages us to continue our activities in line with our employer brand.”

Rector Andreas Altmann adds, “With our great team in teaching, research, management, and administration, MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® successfully combines science, technology, education, and innovation and offers exciting tasks in research, teaching, entrepreneurship, and start-ups.”

Cornelia Hagele, Tyrolean Councillor for Education, Science, and Research, congratulates, “The MCI has been recognized by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation as one of the top employers in Austria. This distinction is a remarkable achievement and reflects the MCI's commitment in all areas. Furthermore, MCI not only plays an important role in education, but also serves as a role model for other institutions in Austria and beyond. Congratulations on this well-deserved success.”
