Every year, the Entrepreneurial School® invites its students and young alumni to the MCI Recruiting Forum, a dedicated career fair hosted at the Congress Innsbruck. This year, 1,000 interested visitors met with 110 leading regional and international companies, making valuable contacts for their career paths.
The companies in attendance spanned a range of industries, from well-known brands and large corporations to family-owned businesses, startups, and NGOs. They offered a wide selection of internships, jobs, and thesis opportunities. The digital career platform allowed participants to review the options in advance and schedule appointments with company representatives.
Some of the most popular services included CV checks and mock interviews, with additional opportunities to optimize LinkedIn profiles and discover personal strengths using the Red Bull "Wingfinder" personality test. A further highlight was the professional photo session for application photos, supported by the BIPA Beauty Corner.
