The Entrepreneurial School® ranks among the top 5% of highest-rated employers in the German-speaking region

MCI has once again been awarded the "kununu Top Company" seal, placing it among the top 5% of highest-rated employers in the German-speaking region.

The leading employer rating platform kununu presents the seal to organizations that receive consistently positive feedback from their staff and achieve an average rating of at least 3.8 out of 5 points. MCI stands out with a score well above 4.0, significantly outperforming both the platform average and the education sector benchmark of 3.6.

Employees particularly value MCI for its transparent and professional recruitment process, broad range of employee benefits, and collaborative work environment. MCI is also recognized for fostering trust, encouraging individual impact, and actively promoting sustainability and social responsibility in its daily operations.

“We’re truly proud to be recognized as a Top Company once again. It reflects the culture we live every day – one that thrives on teamwork, internationality, innovation, and opportunities to make a difference,” says Brigitte Auer, Head of Quality Management, Personnel Development & Recruiting at MCI.

“This award shows that our impact goes beyond academics – it also reflects the value we create as an employer. At the same time, it reinforces our role in shaping a vibrant, forward-looking region for business and science,” says MCI Rector Andreas Altmann.
