“trend” Ranking: MCI Among Austria’s Best Employers

Date 2026-04-16

Entrepreneurial School® ranks in the top 10 in Education & Research | Third place among “Top Climbers”

MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® has once again been recognized as one of Austria’s best employers. In the latest “trend” Ranking, MCI achieved an impressive 87th place among more than 1,400 evaluated employers. Within the category of Education & Research, MCI secured an outstanding ninth place nationwide. In addition, MCI ranks third among Austria’s “Top 25 Climbers”.

The ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis of anonymous employee reviews, feedback from “trend” readers, as well as input from users of the platforms Xing and kununu. Existing employer ratings on kununu and data from previous years were also incorporated. The strongest influence on the overall result was the employees’ willingness to recommend their employer.

Brigitte Auer, Head of Quality Management, Personnel Development & Recruiting at MCI, emphasizes: “These results underscore our consistent focus on quality, innovative strength, and an inspiring working environment characterized by trust, cohesion, and creative freedom. We are therefore committed to continuous development, attractive working conditions, and an environment that sustainably strengthens excellent teaching and applied research.

MCI Rector Andreas Altmann adds: “The success of MCI is built above all on the outstanding commitment, high level of expertise, and strong team spirit of our staff. This recognition motivates us to consistently pursue our high standards in quality, innovation, and workplace culture.
