MCI Ranked Among Austria’s Best Employers

“LEADING EMPLOYERS” study places MCI among the top 1% of employers nationwide

Once again, MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® has been awarded the prestigious “LEADING EMPLOYERS” seal. Among approximately 150,000 companies analyzed, MCI has once again been ranked among the top 1% of employers in Austria for 2026.

“LEADING EMPLOYERS” is an independent and transparent employer study conducted by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation, based in Hamburg, Germany. The comprehensive meta-study evaluates a broad range of data and quality indicators, including employer attractiveness, employee satisfaction, diversity, corporate culture, and overall working conditions.

Globally, around 2.35 million companies are assessed using up to 660 data points drawn from as many as 500 international sources across 180 evaluation criteria.
