MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® is a significant economic driver for Tyrol and Austria. This is confirmed by a new study conducted by EcoAustria on behalf of the Supervisory Board of MCI Internationale Hochschule GmbH.
The analysis examines MCI’s economic impact as an employer, educational institution, economic contributor, and driving force behind innovation and skilled workforce development.
Oswald Wolkenstein, Chairman of the MCI Supervisory Board:"To mark MCI’s 30th anniversary, I initiated a study examining the institution’s economic impact. The results are extremely impressive. They demonstrate not only substantial economic value creation that far exceeds the funds invested, but also tremendous growth potential for our Entrepreneurial School®, which is admired internationally and makes Tyrol the envy of many."
Andreas Altmann, Rector of MCI:"In Tyrol alone, demographic trends mean that approximately 4,000 more people retire each year than young professionals enter the workforce. MCI succeeds not only in attracting outstanding talent from around the world to study in Innsbruck, but also in retaining an exceptionally high proportion of graduates in Austria. Although only one-third of applicants and half of all MCI students come from Austria, an impressive two-thirds of all graduates remain in the country after completing their studies."
