MCI Center for Social & Health Innovation (CSHI) and the Department of Social, Health & Public Management as Key Contributors at “Zukunftscamp by DIEBERATERINNEN”

On October 3rd 2024, it's time again: The Zukunftscamp 2024, organised by DIEBERATERINNEN, will take place for the sixth time and will focus on the pressing issues of the modern working world. Under the motto "What Really Works", experts will discuss how New Work and psychological empowerment can transform organisations in a sustainable way. This year, MCI is part of the Zukunftscamp and actively involved in the event.

This year’s Zukunftscamp offers a platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation and to share proven methods for the successful implementation of self-organised structures. Pioneering keynotes and interactive sessions will present proven strategies and tools to actively shape change. In addition, the Zukunftscamp offers the opportunity to meet and network with decision-makers.

The Center for Social & Health Innovation (CSHI) and the Department of Social, Health & Public Management from MCI are involved in this year's Zukunftscamp: Jolanda Baur, Lukas Kerschbaumer and Renate Windbichler will lead a practical session entitled "Should I STAY or should I GO? Where to take if not to steal?" This session will explore how organisations in the social and healthcare sectors can retain qualified staff in the long term. An informed introduction, supported by recent research, facts and quotes, will provide insights into the opportunities, risks and challenges in this area. Interactive discussions will explore solutions tailored to individual working realities.

Participants will have the opportunity to expand their network and directly link theoretical knowledge to their own practice. For more information about the Zukunftscamp and to register, please visit the following website: https://zukunftscamp.at/

We would like to highlight the discounted Early Bird tickets available until August 31, 2024.
