Reorientation of the bachelor’s program - new ways, new possibilities

Under the motto "Managing the Public Interest", the bachelor's program of Nonprofit, Social & Health Care Management will be renamed Social, Health & Public Management as of fall 2024. This renaming not only represents a modernization of the name but also a substantive development that meets the current demands and challenges in the social, health, and public sectors.

The professional profile of the program remains the same, but through this reorientation we can develop further in areas such as social cohesion, climate change, organizational development, modern administration and management of public interest institutions (including NGOs and NPOs), poverty reduction, public health, development cooperation, as well as digitalization in the social and health sectors, eGovernance, and eHealth.

The renaming and reorientation of the Social, Health & Public Management program is part of our ongoing efforts to provide excellent education and prepare our students for successful careers in the social, health, and public sectors.

We are looking forward to the upcoming developments. For any questions, you can reach us at any time at office-nsgm@mci.edu or +43 512 2070 3700. Additionally, you can participate in our online info session on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to learn more about the program, its contents, and potential career opportunities. Register here
