Practical Coordinators’ Meeting 2024

Date 2024-05-13

Advancing practical training in Social Work at Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences

Internships are an essential part of the curricula of all bachelor’s degree programs at Austrian universities of applied sciences. Especially in the field of Social Work, internships are vital.

To address current developments and the needs of all stakeholders, the practical coordinators of all Social Work degree programs in Austria meet annually to continuously develop the practical training component.

This meeting recently took place at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland in Eisenstadt. Our Social Work degree program was represented by our colleague Bastian Oechsle.

We look forward to hosting next year’s nationwide meeting of practical coordinators here in Innsbruck.
