With a day full of dignity, community, and confidence, the department of Social Work once again officially sent its graduates off into professional practice. The ceremony provided a dignified setting to duly honor commitment, achievement, and hopes for the future. A successful graduation and a promising start to a future that counts not only professionally but also socially.
After the ceremonial entrance, the traditional anthem rang out – a melodious prelude that did justice to the significance of the moment. This was followed by moving congratulations, the personal introduction of each individual graduate, and the solemn taking of the oath. Then came a look back at years of intensive learning, reflection, and social engagement – and a look ahead to the challenge of putting the knowledge acquired to responsible use in practice. The highlight: the awarding of academic degrees.
The day was marked by pride all around, not only among the graduates, but also among the faculty, family members, and friends who celebrated together. On behalf of the entire department team of Social Work, we wish our graduates all the best, much success, and above all: courageous commitment to a society based on solidarity and justice.
