In addition to providing professional insights, the program offers, in particular, the opportunity for exchange within a diverse peer group of female innovators from all over Austria, thereby creating space for new perspectives, collaborations, and joint development.
With the kick-off workshop in Vienna, the program has now begun and marks the start of an intensive exploration of leadership issues, innovation methods, and the further development of participants’ own R&I missions.
