With the start of the new semester, around 150 prospective industrial engineers are embarking on a new chapter full of opportunities, challenges, and innovative ideas. The new students are divided into 50 full-time bachelor's students and 32 part-time students. In the master's program, 39 students have started in the weekday model and 25 in the part-time format.
After the official semester introduction, students will dive right into exciting courses, including Design & CAD, Technical Mechanics, and Materials Science in the bachelor's program. In the master's program, courses such as IOT Lab, Virtual Product Development, and Contract and Corporate Law await students.
Excursions and practical project work combine theory and application in an impressive way and take students directly to the interface between business and technology – the heart of the industrial engineering program.
The entire team at the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management wishes all first-semester students a great start to their studies and a successful first year!
