Who we look for
This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives in business, administration, politics, and culture. It is also appropriate for instructors and teachers.
What we offer
In many companies around the world, service design and design thinking are used as customer- or user-oriented innovation approaches. Service design can be applied to existing products and services to develop these further and to problematic or new concepts to prepare them for the market.
This hands-on workshop provides a two-day intense introduction to the service design process, related methods and tools, as well as many case studies from practice. You will acquire the fundamentals of service design based on a variety of tasks to be completed in small teams. Methods and tools will thus not only be discussed theoretically, but immediately applied to your individual projects.
