Leadership of Employees

Who we look for

This workshop is for entrepreneurs and (young) executives in business, administration, politics, and culture who have personnel responsibilities or will have in the future and seek to reflect on and expand their leadership skills.

What we offer

Leaders today experience increasing uncertainty, complexity, pace, and ambiguity in their everyday work. Previous forms of leadership and management tools are thus challenged. Based on the thorough analysis of daily management routines, this workshop helps you enhance your leadership skills. New and more efficient ways of applying management tools in an entrepreneurial context shall be explored to help you master the challenges as well as tasks of management in a sustainable way.
