High-level Alpine Alliance hosted by the MCI

First-class universities from the countries of the Alps meet at the MCI for two days of knowledge sharing

On May 20 and 21, 2014, top-level representatives of three universities – Zurich University of Applied Sciences, ESB European School of Business Reutlingen and MCI Management Center Innsbruck – held a meeting of their Alpine Alliance to discuss the situation in the world of tertiary education and develop joint strategies.

Future collaboration

It was generally agreed that knowledge transfer between the three institutions, which are among the leaders in the rankings for their respective countries, would be advantageous for all concerned. Further intensive cooperation is planned in the fields of research, teaching, internationalization, alumni and careers, product development and quality management, infrastructure and marketing.

A faculty and staff exchange program is also being considered.
