Today’s management world is complex and dynamic. In such a diverse environment, successful organizational behavior requires leaders, decision-makers and creators to be well prepared and to strengthen their competencies in dealing with a multitude of factors. They should be proficient in business administration but also in the various aspects of leadership evolving around the human being, teams, organizations and markets.

This Executive Certificate Course in Management, Psychology & Leadership – Understanding and Managing Complex Decision-Making Processes focuses on the academic discussion of specific questions related to behavioral economics and promotes the personal reflection and optimization of participants’ own leadership and management roles. The interdisciplinary combination of economics, philosophy, sociology and psychology encourages participants to acquire different perspectives and to effectively apply what they learn into their work environment.

This 16-day course is spread out over five months and starts on May 13, 2016. Graduates also receive credits for the internationally accredited General Management Executive MBA and Master of Science in Management & Leadership MSc.
