Internship instructors play an important role in the supervision of interns. They ensure that students have reliable contact persons during their internships, can carry out relevant tasks as independently as possible and, above all, gain a realistic insight into the profession of Social Work.
At this year's meeting, 30 colleagues from Tyrol, Vorarlberg and Baden-Württemberg visited MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. In an open-space format, they discussed together with the practice lecturers Michaela Pichler, Robert Koglek, Christina Lienhart and Bastian Oechsle which criteria must be met for a successful internship.
