Based on my passion for process management and my experience in highly regulated industries, like Medical Device Producers dealing with permanent process monitoring challenges, I got into "Process Mining" topics. The idea to take audit trail data, which is available in lots of companies without any additional costs for generating more profound knowledge about business processes, is promising to me and also to lots of companies. In January, I have been invited to the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto, Canada, to hold a lecture about this topic to very engaged students of their bachelor programs. Thanks to Dr. Jon Walsh and Dr. George Bragues for the lovely time on campus and the opportunity to teach.
