After the successful MCiT Entrepreneurship Course kick-off at the Innovation Days San Francisco, our master students can look forward to an inspiring and exciting program during the next two weeks: 23 events, workshops and visits with a total of 71 hours of program will introduce the students to all facets of the Silicon Valley entrepreneurship ecosystem.

AirBnB started out the day. With its "Belonging Anywhere" culture and a multitude of state-of-the-art workspace options at the flagship headquarters in San Francisco, the community marketplace impressed the MCiT students.

On the invitation of the mayor, Manish Goyal (Business Development Manager @ San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development) welcomed the MCiT students in the Mayor's Conference Room of the City Hall San Francisco (Civic Center Plaza) in the early afternoon.

Afterwards, at Chime Bank, the students were given a behind-the-scenes technical insight into a pioneering mobile banking system. Together with Alex Kleissner (Senior Software Engineer @ Chime) and Ryan King (CTO & Co-Founder @ Chime) they talked about the technical concept behind Chime, the bank's mission to secure the financial health of its members and about crypto technology and security tokens.
