It is a great pleasure and honor for us to congratulate our long-time colleague and lecturer Dr. Teresa Spieß on her professorship at MCI - The Entrepreneurial School®. This was awarded to her in a festive ceremony during her inaugural lecture on "The Next Normal of Work: How to Manage People and Technology in Times of Change".
As a graduate of the Management & IT degree program, Teresa Spieß gained extensive experience in the scientific and organizational fields at MCI in the years that followed. In addition to her full-time teaching activities in our Bachelor's and Master's degree program Management, Communication & IT, she is significantly involved in research in our Research Unit Digital Transformation. Her research area is Next World of Work, which combines different topics in the context of the changing world of work.
In the presence of companions, colleagues, friends and family, the certificate of appointment was ceremoniously presented by the Head of Department & Studies FH Prof. Dr. Peter J. Mirski, together with MCI Rector Andreas Altmann and the deputy chairman of the academic council Univ.-Prof. FH Prof. Mag. Dr. Franz Pegger.
