Online counselling hour for prospective students

You are interested in one of our online study programs and have questions regarding the study program 
or our application procedure? We offer an online counselling hour every Thursday from 4.00 - 5.00 PM. 
No registration needed, just drop by and ask your questions.

Further information on the technical procedure:

• The online consultation will be facilitated via Adobe Connect.
• This software is also used for the MCI WEBINARS in our study programs.
• All you need is an Internet connection and a headset.
• Log in as "guest" with your first and last name.  
• Questions can be asked either through the chat window or through the headset. 
  
  

Connection test:  

• Test whether your computer can establish a successful meeting connection and visit the following address in 
  your web browser in advance: https://mci.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm    
• After successful testing you can simply close the browser window again.
