Company project for Raiffeisen

BWLO student Tobias Seppi shares his learnings

In the course “Applied Project”, our team (Tobias Seppi as project manager together with Daniela Volgger, Lorenz Corradini and Joachim Eibensteiner) was working on a company project for Raiffeisenbank Altenmarkt-Flachau-Eben.  We were able to put into practice the experience gained during our Business Administration Online studies. We combined contents from various courses such as business administration, sales, marketing, project management, academic writing, and qualitative research methods and applied them in a real-life project.

At the final presentation, we provided Raiffeisenbank Altenmarkt-Flachau-Eben with practical recommendations for strengthening the bank's presence in its field of activity. The bank's representatives, including Managing Director Christian Rohrmoser and Chairman Thomas Winter, were enthusiastic about the results, which were developed by students in a very short period of only six weeks.

The project team gained a lot of valuable experience in the course of this company project. It was exciting to work with a real client, to get in contact with employees of the company during interviews and thus to get to know the company in a short time. In the project team, it was a very positive challenge to motivate each other to deliver well-founded content in a timely manner and finally to present the results in a well-prepared and professional manner.
