On September 5 and 6, 2023, around 50 Eu-HEM students came to Bologna to attend the Eu-HEM Welcome Days and kick-off their master's in European Health Economics & Management with a joint semester at the University of Bologna.
The joint master’s degree is offered by MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, the Universities of Bologna, Oslo, and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The first semester is a joint semester at the University of Bologna for all students. Following this, students have the opportunity to choose from four specializations:
Depending on the specialization, students can study the second, third and fourth semester at up to two other Eu-HEM partner universities. A great opportunity to experience different study environments and to learn about the health care systems of other countries.
The Welcome Days in Bologna provided the perfect platform to get to know the program, faculty members and other Eu-HEM students. Starting off the event with an Italian breakfast, the days were filled with team-building activities, lectures and information session about the various tracks, cities and program components. Exciting two years and many new impressions lie ahead of our students.
