The performance scholarship according to the Study Support Act (StudFG) serves to recognize outstanding academic performance in the previous academic year and is offered once a year to students and graduates.
For this purpose, the Department of Social Work was provided with 20,250 euros by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research. This made it possible to award a total of 27 scholarships worth 750 euros to the best students from the bachelor's program of Social Work and the master's program of Social Work, Social Policy & Management.
However, this in no way diminishes the achievements of those students who can also look back on great performances in the past academic year, but unfortunately were unable to receive a merit scholarship due to limited funds.
