Successful Online Winter Program at MCI

For the second time our winter program took place completely online this year and again, we could welcome more than 50 participants from partner universities from all over the world: Australia, Brazil, China, Finland, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam.

To cope with the different time zones, our lecturers offered a mix of synchronous units and asynchronous work packages.

Both sides – students and lecturers – enjoyed this year’s MCI Winter Program. The students could at least virtually experience the international atmosphere and build friendships all over the globe.

Students praised the professionalism as well as the quality of teaching at MCI and – at least from the pictures – they got a glance of Innsbruck.

Many of them want to visit Innsbruck someday in person to enjoy its beautiful landscape and perhaps even study here at the MCI.

Eva (Finland): “It was a very productive month for me. I discovered 3 new courses and I honestly enjoyed every one of it.. All the lecturers' presentations were worth listening. I enjoyed doing the assessments given, as I gain a lot of knowledge.”

The teachers were all very helpful. I recommend this course to students who can do a great deal of work in a short amount of time without feeling overburdened. You can get a lot out of this course, that being said and can find what you learn very interesting.”
