From April 24 to 26, the MCI campus in Innsbruck had the pleasure of hosting a group of executive students from Vaasan Yliopisto in Finland. The group of managers and leaders from Finnish companies participated in a tailored program on the topic of managing in a multicultural environment.
During their visit, the students gained valuable insights into intercultural communication, issues in management and business communication, as well as optimizing renewable energy communities. The program was designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of an increasingly diverse and globalized business environment.
In addition to the on-campus courses at MCI, the group also had the opportunity to visit SWARCO, a global player in the traffic-related industries, as well as Planlicht, a company specializing in high-quality luminaires and light solutions. These company visits provided a hands-on opportunity for the group to see how these Austrian companies operate and gain a deeper understanding of their respective industries.
The MCI faculty and staff were happy to welcome the executive students from Vaasan Yliopisto to their campus. We are looking forward to continuing to foster international collaboration and exchange.
