Game Changer 'AI' – nothing less than the next industrial revolution & how studying, working, and thinking are changing

On Friday, May 24, the MCI department of Business & Management invites you to this year's Business Friday. For years, this event series has been a must for partners and friends of the MCI who want to exchange ideas on current and future-oriented economic topics and actively participate in discussions.

This year's topic of this proven knowledge and discussion platform is "Game Changer 'AI' – nothing less than the next industrial revolution & how studying, working, and thinking are changing". Together with company representatives, alumni, students, and prospective students, the top-class speakers will discuss the current challenges of AI and how companies can use its potential.

We expect inspiring presentations from Sabrina Schneider, professor for management, strategy & innovation at the department of Business & Management, Mario Tuta, lecturer at our department and Founder Stoic Analytics, Kufstein, Tyrol, Martina Kohlberger, professor for HRM & organizational development at our department, our alumna Felicitas Kohler, Managing Director of PLANLICHT GmbH & Co.KG in Vomp, and from PLANFACTORY GmbH, Murau in Styria. And finally, Julian Mautner, Managing Director of stillalive studios GmbH in Innsbruck, will report on "Adapting to the AI (R)Evolution: AI in game-development".

Bernd Kirschner, professor for controlling & finance at the department of Business & Management and initiator of our Business Fridays, together with Oliver Som, professor for innovation & technology Management, will lead through the exciting series of lectures and encourage active discussions.

We are looking forward to an afternoon full of inspiring presentations and plenty of food for thought on the latest developments in AI. And, of course, we are already looking forward to seeing who we will meet at the happy networking session afterwards to discuss the current challenges posed by AI at a cozy and inspiring get-together.
