The MCI OPEN HOUSE 2026 welcomed prospective students, with nearly 1,000 visitors exploring the campus in Innsbruck. Throughout the day, guests experienced what studying at MCI is really like – from informal conversations and hands-on sessions to simply getting a feel for campus life.
A varied program introduced the academic worlds of Management & Society and Technology & Life Sciences. Degree program presentations, workshops, and trial lectures brought study formats and content to life, while laboratory tours and applied examples highlighted MCI’s strong focus on practice and innovation. One of the highlights was the direct exchange with students, faculty, and academic advisors, who shared personal insights and helped visitors navigate their study options.
The event was rounded off by contributions from numerous partner organizations, including Promente, Cookie Club, ÖH MCI, Home4Students, USI Innsbruck, the Study Grant Authority, MAKAvA, Campus Tirol Motorsport, and the SWARCO Raiders Tirol. Gaming sessions hosted by the MCI eSports Team, together with the ESSL (E-Sport Student League) and Red Bull, added extra energy and entertainment to the day.
