Founders Academy

The Founders Academy is an interregional project that supports early-stage start-ups in preparing their entrepreneurial ideas to enter the market. A consortium of eight dedicated partners from Italy and Austria has developed a joint program to assist start-ups in successfully implementing their ideas through expert webinars, personalized coaching, application-oriented tools, and community support.

The program prepares start-up projects for market entry and familiarizes them with the challenges and opportunities in planning and implementing their start-ups.

Target Audience

The program is designed for participants who:

• already pursue a specific entrepreneurial idea with scaling potential,

• are in the orientation, planning, or founding phase,

• are dedicated to implementing their projects,

• and want to shape the future as entrepreneurs!

Program

The free program extends over 11 weeks (one webinar per week). It's organized into thematic blocks that cover key areas, each including webinars, academic content, and practical tools to apply the acquired knowledge. Participants receive clear and precise step-by-step guidance, starting from basic concepts to developing and persuasively presenting their own business ideas.

Format

The program follows an approach focused on inspiration, education, and application. It incorporates keynote speeches along with practical recommendations within a learning platform. Moreover, participants have the chance to receive feedback through individual coaching sessions, enabling them to actively work on their projects before showcasing them in a final pitching competition.
