Environmental, Process & Energy Engineering

The bachelor degree program in Environmental, Process & Energy Engineering provides students with comprehensive training in engineering and thus opens up excellent career opportunities within the field of so-called green technologies. Courses in Environmental Engineering allow for a specialization on the processes employed in environmental technology, which range from water and air pollution control to recycling and the utilization of alternative energy sources. Graduates are enabled to analyze environmental pollutants and transfer their consequent findings into technical processes to reduce the pollution of soil, water, or air.

Courses in Energy Engineering focus on methods employed, for instance, in conventional power plant engineering, in the transformation of energy sources and their different antecedents, or in the field of decentralized energy systems. In order to meet the requirements of this technical domain, the program communicates well-founded and practically relevant contents. Combined with complementary courses in the fields of business and social skills, the study program in Environmental, Process & Energy Engineering equips students with an academic and internationally demanded qualification.
