When I look back at my time at MCI...
...I can say with a clear conscience that this time has enriched me very much. The Mechatronics program combines practice and theory ideally and sets the course for a successful professional future. However, the study program has not only improved my working life, but also my private life, as it has allowed me to gain new perspectives that have helped me in all situations in life.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
Initially, I worked in technical product management in medical technology. The study program prepared me to work with my colleagues in research and development. Not only was I able to understand connections and estimate timelines better, but I was part of joint brainstorming and solution-oriented creation. Today I can look back on a wide range of experiences and would not want to miss the knowledge I gained at MCI.
What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?
Regardless of whether you come from a technical or business background, the Mechatronics program will benefit everyone individually; and anyone who is willing to work hard will not only get in touch with the content of the study program, but also realize it adds incredible value to one’s life. The knowledge transfer in the five years of study is of very high quality, always focusing on practical relevance, so that a perfect learning outcome is guaranteed.
