When I look back at my time at MCI...
…I am especially grateful for the people I had the opportunity to meet there and with whom I still collaborate on projects today.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
The program prepared me very well for my current role because it offered an excellent combination of theory and practice. During the courses, I was able to acquire important professional knowledge while also learning how to apply it in practice. I learned a great deal in the field of project management, for example how to plan, organize, and successfully implement projects. The internship semester was also extremely valuable, as it gave me direct insights into the professional world and allowed me to experience how many things actually work in practice. In addition, I gained my first insights into academic research and scientific work during my studies. This sparked my interest in research and laid an important foundation for my current path as a doctoral researcher.
What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?
Definitely apply! MCI offers many exciting degree programs, practice-oriented education, and dedicated lecturers from whom you can learn a lot both professionally and personally. What I especially appreciate is that the connection to MCI does not end with graduation. You remain part of a strong network that can continue to create valuable contacts, joint projects, and new opportunities long after your studies.
