STRUCTURE & CONTENTS

The Master program offers first-class further education and specialisation in Digital Economy & Leadership, which is practical and immediately applicable from day one.

The "New Economy" is revolutionizing entire business models, working environments, networks and processes. In this area of conflict, the Entrepreneurial School® together with "investment punk" Gerald Hörhan has developed an innovative Master program for decision-makers and entrepreneurs, which refers to the new requirements in a unique way.

Stage I:

Introductory phase: Basics of business administration, basics in digitalization and IT
Depending on previous education and academic qualifications, previous knowledge can be accredited at this stage, on request.

Stage II:

The latest topics of the Digital Economy. The team of lecturers are in close contact with entrepreneurs of the New Economy, such as in Silicon Valley. Topics include new business models, data science and data management, IT security, legal issues such as intellectual property, trends and developments such as block chain technology, but also leadership and employee management issues, ethics and responsibility and many more.

Special highlight: Development of an individual business plan, which is supervised and coached by Gerald Hörhan.

Stage III:

All aspects of digitization are transferred to the corporate level. Special attention is paid to the new demands on corporate cultures, teams, leadership, decision-making, processes and communication structures in the context of the Digital Economy.

Stage IV:

Preparation of a Master thesis on a scientific level, which deals with a problem within one’s own organization or their respective professional environment. The upshot is the final transfer of the acquired knowledge into one’s own professional practice taking place.
