Study Program: European Health Economics & Management (Master)

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I have to say that I appreciate the opportunity to have completed my master’s as double degree with the MCI and the University of Oslo. I remember having a great time in Innsbruck and Oslo with fellow students and friends. The study program provided a good mixture of theoretical knowledge and practical project experiences and introduced students to an impressive network of lecturers and experts in the field of health management and economics.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

For me, the benefit of this degree program was gaining theoretical knowledge, learning about frameworks and concepts in relevant areas, and being able to apply that in practical work and projects with experts. This unique combination allowed me to acquire the necessary professional and social skills and to become familiar with working in project teams, meeting deadlines, presenting to different audiences and learning from experience.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Studying at MCI is a great opportunity to get a good combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience at the same time.
