Study program: Food & Bioresource Technologies (Bachelor) & Food Technology & Nutrition Master (currently)
How did the program help you to prepare for your current job?
Before I enrolled for my part-time Master’s program at MCI, I had completed the Bachelor’s degree in Food & Bioresource Technology. The MCI lecturers and the practical courses they teach, provide students with knowledge relevant to different sectors of the food industry.
Besides my studies, I also worked in research and development at a beverage company. The company profited from my up-to-date knowledge of different fields of study, while I profited from the increase in practical experience. The combination of work and study also taught me to appreciate learning as an opportunity to further develop my personality.
When I look back at my time at MCI...
I have to smile! The lecturers were brilliant, the course content was interesting, and the knowledge we were taught was practically relevant. The students worked together in a team and had a good time. It was an experience I would not want to do without, because MCI not only prepared me for my professional career, but also provided me with friends for life.
