When I look back at my time at MCI...

…it was a challenging and educational time with great people, with whom I am still in contact today. There was always a strong sense of cohesion and mutual motivation among the students. At the same time, balancing work, friends, and family was a demanding task.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

My studies complemented my professional experience with many new competencies and skills that I apply daily in my job. In addition, I gained solid foundational knowledge in management and economics. Particularly valuable were the practice-oriented lectures by lecturers from industry, who provided concrete insights and real-life examples from companies, significantly enhancing understanding. Alongside professional growth, I also experienced strong personal development.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Stay motivated and take the step toward new challenges. The program enables not only education but also the development of friendships and professional networks. I began my studies with several years of professional experience, which allowed me to apply what I learned quickly and practically thanks to the part-time study format.
