When I look back at my time at MCI...

…I think of exciting, practice-oriented lectures taught by lecturers from industry. I also remember the valuable connections and friendships that were formed. The good balance between studies, work, and personal life also remains a very positive memory.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

My studies prepared me very well for my current role. They provided a solid theoretical foundation, while numerous group projects strengthened my teamwork skills and supported my personal development. At the same time, I learned to work effectively under pressure, as my studies and professional responsibilities ran in parallel. In addition, I developed the ability to quickly familiarize myself with different subject areas and present them – a key competence of the industrial engineering profession.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Studying at MCI is definitely worthwhile. It offers the ideal opportunity to combine studies, work, and life in Innsbruck. Moreover, MCI provides access to a large network. You get to know not only fellow students, but also professors and external lecturers – all within a very personal environment.

What is your motto?

There are no problems, only challenges – and especially in a team, they turn into success.
