When I look back at my time at MCI...

…I look back on a challenging, educational, and particularly formative period. During my studies, I not only met my closest friends, but together we also developed the dream of founding our own company, which we successfully realized after graduation.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

Through the part-time bachelor’s and baster’s programs in Industrial Engineering & Management, I gained extensive knowledge relevant to entrepreneurship. The lecturers provided broad insights into various disciplines and encouraged me to further explore these topics. The tools taught and the focus on time management also improved my professional routine. They enable me to rely on a solid foundation ranging from market analysis and company formation to market launch, professional project management, and process understanding. Especially during intensive phases of study, I learned to set my focus more deliberately and to consistently pursue defined goals.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Anyone who is willing to do more than required alongside their job during a part-time degree can expect a highly interesting, diverse, and formative study experience. Time at MCI sparks ambition to achieve more and fosters friendships that grow strong in a short time through shared projects and discussions.
