When I look back at my time at MCI...

…I think of diverse course content taught by practice-oriented lecturers and of interesting fellow students with a wide range of professional backgrounds. Furthermore, I felt professionally supported throughout my entire studies at MCI and even beyond. There is a genuine interest in the personal development of the students.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

On the one hand, my studies provided me with broad expertise, enabling me to classify topics in everyday professional life even when they are outside my own field of specialization. In addition, the Master’s program in Industrial Engineering at MCI places strong emphasis on personal role awareness and leadership skills. This helped me to consciously identify my own strengths and weaknesses and to align my professional development accordingly.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

The part-time study program at MCI enables personal development beyond everyday professional life. The program is demanding and built around clear objectives. Academic supervision is challenging yet highly professional. For my personal development, the opportunity to complete a full exchange semester despite the part-time format was particularly decisive.
