When I look back at my time at MCI...

…I associate it with an intensive, exciting, and highly practice-oriented period. What I particularly remember is the combination of technical understanding, business-oriented thinking, and the exchange with highly motivated people.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

The program primarily helped me to approach topics holistically and work across interfaces. This is exactly what is crucial in my current role at Hilti: bringing together different perspectives, creating structures, and driving change.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

If you are looking for a degree program that convincingly combines theory and practice while opening up a wide range of perspectives, then MCI is an excellent choice. I particularly appreciated the personal atmosphere and the fact that you are perceived not only as a student, but also as an individual. In addition, many professors combine solid theoretical expertise with their own practical business experience.
