Completed study program: Master Industrial Engineering & Management
Simon Prinoth
When I look back at my time at MCI...
…I see less a traditional course of study and more an intensive learning curve – professionally, personally, and at times also on a human level. It was a period that prepared me not only for my career, but also for dealing confidently with complexity, responsibility, and change.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
The program prepared me to think and work at interfaces – where technical interrelationships, business decisions, and practical implementation come together. This ability is particularly valuable in my current role because good solutions are rarely one-dimensional.
What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?
Do not just choose a degree program, but an environment that challenges, supports, and prepares you for practical realities. Anyone willing to remain curious and take responsibility will gain far more than just a degree.
What is your motto?
Obstacles are nothing more than tests designed to measure how serious you are about the rewards your ambitions seek. – Robin Sharma
