When I look back at my time at MCI...

...I immediately remember countless stories, which I often tell to my friends and family.

...I have learned to think in terms of networking and to see the "bigger picture", no matter how complex a task seems at first.
...especially important friendships have developed which I couldn’t be without today.

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

The variety of courses and highly competent professors who enthusiastically convey their teaching topics certainly helped me a lot. Above all, the management subjects prepared me personally for the task of leading an NPO. All the global courses in which development cooperation was discussed were extremely valuable. However, the most enriching elements for me were my colleagues in the courses - the diversity of their backgrounds and the overall internationality have made my view of the world a little bigger. This experience was the most valuable thing for me!
