When I look back at my time at MCI...
I had a great time, and the effort and hassle were worth it. Today I still think a lot about the first projects, the internship semester and especially the semester abroad in Italy. The mix of theory, practice and internationality are still tangible and core values of MCI.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
The study program Management, Communication & IT has prepared me for many jobs. At BE-terna, I have been able to take on several roles. From the start in consulting to sales to the current responsibility for human resources or the entire company. My understanding of HUMAN RESOURCES, or rather PEOPLE, is the focus on the market. As an internal service provider, you must have an understanding of the customer. At MCI, entrepreneurial processes and leadership coupled with technological support have always been central. This combination still helps me create to this day.
