At MCI onboarding is very important. By way of comprehensive and systematic staff involvement we aim to support new employees in becoming quickly and effectively acquainted with their tasks as well as their team and in getting to know the Entrepreneurial School® as closely as possible. The onboarding process consists of several stages and modules based on general and specific components which are determined by an employee’s position and respective tasks.

As Teaching & Research Assistant, Sara Repo teaches in the field of political science and communication at MCI. In addition, as local program coordinator Sara successfully organizes and further develops the Joint Master's Degree Program "European Health Economics & Management".
Leena Saurwein, MASenior Lecturer and Project Manager International RelationsDepartment: International Relations
Leena Saurwein has been working at MCI for more than 10 years. Her activities cover two main areas. As a Senior Lecturer, Leena teaches in both our Bachelor's and Master's programs. At the International Relations Office, she is responsible for internationalization-related activities and works closely with numerous MCI partner universities.

Anita Zehrer started her career at MCI in 2005 as research assistant. She is now Professor and Head of the Family Business Center as well as Head of Research in the field of "Management & Society". Her varied areas of responsibility include teaching and research, networking and cooperating with companies, coordination of research areas as well as leadership agendas.

As an instructional designer, Lyubov Stafyeyeva is responsible at MCI for creating successful learning environments and supporting our faculty in the preparation of teaching and learning resources in various digital formats.
Clint Leahr, BASenior LecturerDepartment: Management, Communication & IT
As a university lecturer, Clint Leahr teaches English and Communication in several courses of study. Clint particularly appreciates his work with students and the lively exchange with committed colleagues from various disciplines.
