Saori Dubourg

Saori Dubourg is CEO of Greiner AG since 2024. She is responsible for Strategic Division Management, Strategic Controlling, Strategy and M&A, People & Culture, Sustainability Strategy, Communications & Public Affairs, Future Fitness (Future Disruption Management, Innoventures)

Saori Dubourg was a member of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF, the world's largest chemical company, from 2017 to 2023. For many years, she held various operational leadership positions in the areas of health and nutrition, agricultural solutions, plastics, petrochemicals, dispersions, life science research and the start-up TrinamiX.

Dubourg has successfully executed major mergers and acquisitions and divestitures and has extensive experience in growth markets, innovation management, restructuring and leading the global human resources organization. She was also responsible for leading the global sustainability committee.

She gained operational experience abroad not only in Europe, but also at locations in the USA, China, Japan and Singapore.

In addition to her management role at BASF, she was a member of the EU Commission's High Level Industrial Group and in this capacity worked on a vision paper for Europe 2030. She is also a member of the German Federal Government's Council for Sustainable Development and a member of the steering committee of the Impact Taskforce, which was founded under the British G7 presidency in 2021.
