The Fédération Internationale des Associations de Footballeurs Professionnels (English: International Federation of Professional Footballers), generally referred to as FIFPro, is the worldwide representative organisation for 65,000 professional footballers. FIFPro, with its global headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is made up of 63 national players' associations. In addition, there are five candidate members and eight observers. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have the most appearances in the FIFPro World11 with 14 each, whereas Sergio Ramos has had 11 appearances occupying the second place.
Jonas Baer-Hoffmann has been General Secretary of the international professional football players' union Fifpro since 1 January 2020. According to its own information, the organisation represents more than 65,000 professionals worldwide in 65 member associations. Baer-Hoffmann, 32, from Heidelberg, has been working for Fifpro for eight years. Before that, he was General Secretary of the German professional basketball players' union Spin and worked for the sportsmen's association EU Athletes.
